i'll try lowering it manually. solved 1.210v safe for 4.4 ghz on i5 4690k? It would not boot @ 4.9 GHz, even with 1.55V. You need to give us more info, such as how you are getting the readings, before we can comment?

Op is using an i7 5820k? If they are good, you can typically push 1.5-1.6 volts, but I'd probably recommend no more than 1.55-1.6 volts for everyday use.
