If everything seems to be working without the hard drive installed, then the hard drive could be at fault. You can hear it booting up ok and you can hear the windows (7) log on sound, but no graphic displayed at all. Perhaps I need to buy a new hard drive.... Ihave a suspicion in the updates l but don't understand why they would be the culprit.
