In the past I had success with removing the little lithium battery to reset the CMOS, at which point the BIOS worked. I placed server into a Linux based live environment, and once I was finished I rebooted the server. I did same, removed my hdd and tried to boot without hdd and set all BIOS setting to default. And sometimes it just gets the graphics to display and you can log in as normal.
