Despite me selecting no updates, AVG continues to update itself on almost every other start up and God knows what else it runs in the background. Ditch AVG and go with another antivirus and keep Ashampoo.Of course there are variations to these choices, scuh as ditching both AVG and Ashampoo, but my recommendation is the third one.
