I see the attachment icons on the handheld in both accounts. Like this issue, it's only ever been partly excused by Micorsoft and (more importantly) has never been properly resolved. same problem. These attachments will not open directly but on saving them they then open OK. Let's hope there is an MS Outlook guru reading this thread... Because surely that is all that is needed for Microsoft to display a simple icon in the attachment column.
The attached document must be associated with an application on your system that can view and edit it.
